Aishling is an ACA-qualified accountant with over 10 years of post-qualification experience, primarily in the IT sector. She joined the team in May 2025, bringing a strong track record in leading finance functions across complex, multinational environments. Her expertise includes international financial reporting, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance.

As Financial Controller, Aishling plays a key role in maintaining financial integrity, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the group’s global growth. She helps shape financial strategy, and ensures high standards of governance across the organisation. Aishling also contributes to internal governance through her role on the company’s AFI and ENR Committees.
